Terms of Service
Business approval and legal operator details are required before public launch.
The framework for discussing and commissioning services from AICANFEEL.
Project agreement
Service scope, deliverables, exclusions, schedule, fees, payment milestones and revision limits are established in a written proposal or statement of work accepted by both parties. A website enquiry does not create a service contract.
Changes and approvals
Changes to the agreed scope or additional revisions should be documented and accepted before the additional work begins. Client approvals and access to necessary materials affect project scheduling.
Materials and intellectual property
Clients should have the rights to materials they supply. Ownership, licensing, source-file delivery, third-party components and use of AI-generated assets must be specified in the project agreement.
Third-party services
Hosting, software licenses, media purchases, APIs, model providers and other external services may have separate terms and costs. Those costs should be identified in the project agreement before commitment.
Results and support
No specific sales, search ranking, ad approval or business outcome is guaranteed by this website. Testing, acceptance criteria, support and maintenance obligations belong in the project agreement.
Legal details
The contracting entity, business address, governing law and dispute process require confirmation before these terms are published as an approved policy. Questions: aicanfeel@gmail.com.
