Information you choose to share

When you submit the enquiry form, AICANFEEL stores your name, email address, optional company and phone, project requirements, timing and contact consent in its website database. Please do not send passwords, financial account details or sensitive personal information.

How enquiry information is used

Information supplied in an enquiry is used to discuss your request, prepare a proposal and communicate about a potential project. Project-specific data processing terms should be agreed in a written engagement before work begins.

Website technology

Core fonts and artwork are hosted with the website. Hostinger provides hosting and database infrastructure and may process technical request and security logs. After a saved enquiry, an essential, secure confirmation cookie lets you view the private thank-you page for up to 30 minutes. It does not contain your form details. Sound design is optional and stays off until you enable it. Your sound choice is stored in this browser and can be changed using the sound control in the header.

Advertising cookies and your choice

Google Ads measurement is optional and separate from agreeing to a reply about your enquiry. The Google tag is blocked until you choose Allow measurement. It can then load on the private thank-you page to measure advertising interactions using browser, device and page information and advertising cookies. Enquiry field contents are not passed to this tag. Advertising personalization and Google Analytics are disabled in this implementation. You can reject measurement and still use the website and enquiry form.

Changing a cookie choice

Open Cookie settings in the website footer to allow or reject optional measurement. Your versioned choice and timestamp are stored in this browser for up to 180 days, unless you clear storage sooner. Rejecting stops future tag loading and removes accessible first-party Google advertising cookies; it may reload the page to stop an already loaded tag. This cannot undo information already received by Google or clear cookies belonging to other websites.

External links and email

Instagram and your email provider have their own privacy policies. Following an external link or sending an email is subject to those providers’ practices.
